At Gravity, we think of the brewing process as an opportunity to bring both something traditional and something new to the senses: aromas, flavors and textures! While beer can be comforting and reliable, we can also create exciting combinations using traditional platforms. As such, we have taken great care to present gastronomic offerings that complement what we brew as well as a fine selection of wines to truly provide a full spectrum of flavor combinations.
It is our belief that the ancient practice of brewing is itself both art and science. Kind of like a version of alchemy that still endures. And while turning lead into lead with gold's clothing can be fun for a few centuries, brewing has had to be exciting, challenging, satisfying and delicious for over 2,000 years. Its scientific precision and need for meticulous processes is what guarantees your glass will always be filled with the same quality and standards of flavor and style. While the art form is what gives people like us free-range over how to play around with new ideas, changing old ones and pushing flavors to their limit.
